Executive Team

Scott W. Weaver

Scott W. Weaver has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience. His primary focus is on the value enhancement of commercial real estate. His evaluations of the economic viability of each potential investment and development enable Rubicon to establish investment strategies for each property. Prior to Rubicon and WDJ, Mr. Weaver formed Weaver Realty Group, focusing on redevelopment and renovation of commercial properties. As Vice President of Wulfe & Co. for 13 years, he specialized in investment sales to institutional and private investors and selling REO portfolios for failed savings and loans. He also represented numerous financial institutions in the disposition and leasing of their assets. Mr. Weaver received his bachelor’s degree in Management from the University of Oklahoma.

G. Peter Jacob

G. Peter Jacob has 30 years of commercial real estate experience in the leasing, development, property management, construction management, and disposition of retail properties. Mr. Jacob operates and oversees the day to day operations of Rubicon. Prior to Rubicon and WDJ, he was Director of Retail Leasing for Sugarland Properties Incorporated, the master plan developer of First Colony; a 10,000-acre residential and commercial development located in Sugar Land, Texas. While at CB Commercial-Houston, Mr. Jacob was responsible for the property management of a two million square foot real estate portfolio of retail, office and industrial properties located throughout Houston. Mr. Jacob’s real estate experience also includes various senior management positions at Trammell Crow Company-Houston. Peter received his bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana, and is recognized by ICSC as a Certified Real Estate Professional; Certified Development, Design and Construction Professional, and Certified Property Manager.

Inna Radford

Inna Radford became a partner in Rubicon in 2017. She brings 10 years of experience and is responsible for land acquisitions, all brokerage activities and third-party properties for Rubicon. She began her real estate career with a Philadelphia-based developer and then became a leasing and sales associate with Robert K. Futterman in New York City. She later became head of management and leasing for the New York and Houston regions of Malachite Group, before joining Rubicon in early 2014. Inna received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Drexel University in Philadelphia.
