Tan joined Rubicon Realty in 2019. He specializes in tenant representation and retail project leasing. Prior to joining Rubicon, Tan spent seven years in the restaurant industry managing Lawry’s, Prime Rib, Tiny’s No.5, and an apprenticeship with 3 stars Michelin chef Michel Roux in Danang, Vietnam. This equipped him with an in-depth understanding of the way restaurant operators use retail space and lead to his leasing expertise.
Tan earned his bachelor’s degree in commerce from Vietnam. His bilingual ability helps navigate his Vietnamese clients through the leasing process with ease.
Tan loves taking care of his pet fish and playing guitar.
